The Procurement & Logistics course provides a comprehensive understanding of sourcing, purchasing, and the efficient movement of goods and services within organisations. It covers key procurement principles, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics operations, with relevance to both global practices and African operational contexts.

Learners will explore how effective procurement and logistics contribute to organisational efficiency, cost savings, and service delivery.
